This drama was about a stingy CEO (So Ji Sub) who suffers from a traumatizing experience when he was younger that left his girlfriend dead and a gloomy woman (Gong Hyo Jin) with the ability to see ghosts. Their lives take an unexpected turn when they begin to work together and they each begin to learn from one another.
