Mischievous Kiss: Love In Tokyo Season 2 is Coming!

Yes, you read the title correctly. Season 2 of Mischievous Kiss: Love In Tokyo has been confirmed and is currently filming. After season 1 gained a huge following, fans started petitioning for a second season to air. After months of speculation and uncertainty, I randomly saw a picture of Yuki Furukawa holding a script for season 2 and I immediately became excited.

As you all know, Mischievous Kiss is based on the manga "Itazura na Kiss" and this is it's fourth live action incarnation following the first Japanese series in 1996, Taiwan's It Started With A Kiss/They Kiss Again starring Joe Cheng and Ariel Lin, and Korea's Playful Kiss starring Kim Hyun Joong and Jung So Min. Season 1 ended with Naoki and Kotoko getting married so naturally fans wanted to see more into their story since the writers were sticking as close to the manga as possible. Plus Yuki Furukawa and Miki Honoka's onscreen chemistry was undeniable, it's obvious why fans wanted more. These two make the perfect team!

According to what I've seen, they filmed the honeymoon scenes in Okinawa and are now back in Tokyo. Fans have caught both Yuki and Miki filming recently.
