Recap Announcement: Third Hospital

I have decided to recap 2012 tvN drama Third Hospital starring Oh Ji Ho and Kim Seung Woo as brothers who have trouble seeing eye to eye as both practice different types of medicine. This also stars Kim Min Jung and Sooyoung.

Here is the official synopsis per Wikipedia: The show is set in a hospital that houses both Western and Eastern medicine traditions. Seung Hyun and Doo Hyun are brothers and geniuses—Doo Hyun is a neurosurgeon, while Seung Hyun is the Oriental medicine specialist. The two, along with each their own friends and teams, will compete ferociously with each other because of their different views on medicine, but also come together to help save patients’ lives.

Actor/Character Descriptions

Dr. Kim Doo Hyun (Kim Seung Woo) is a top nuerosurgeon and is rivals with his younger brother, Seung Hyun.

Dr. Kim Seung Hyun(Oh Ji Ho) is a former Western medical doctor who now is a skilled Oriental medicine doctor. He is rivals with his older brother, Doo Hyun.

Lee Ui Jin(Girls' Generation's Sooyoung) is a very talented violinist who is friends with Seung Hyun, she also has a crush on him.

Dr. Jin Hye Jin(Kim Min Jung) a doctor under Doo Hyun who's feelings of "loyalty" to her Western medicine training begins to waver when she meets Seung Hyun.
